I was most impressed with their instruction manual. The pictures were easy to follow! There were a few spelling mistakes, but you could easily understand what they were trying to say. Using the gloves and plastic hammer that accompanied it were awesome additions. On this type of rack you would NOT want to hammer in crossbars, etc. with a household hammer as that would ruin the finish and possibly dent it. It was wobbly until I attached it to the wall with their anchors. I used a 1" drill bit to drill the wall holes. I tried a few sizes smaller, but the 1" was perfect. I wish they made a smaller one as I do have a small space next to this rack and I do plan to purchase a cabinet. Mine is in the laundry room and I'm using it as a pantry rack. I did research the shelf boards and they do actually support 404 lb. EACH, though I doubt I'll ever have 100 lbs. of items on each shelf. They recommend NOT using it outside due to water and humidity damaging the boards, and I agree.

I bought this for my outdoor shed, for the money it is a great buy and holds quite a bit, pretty sturdy so if you need anything for your outdoor shed or anywhere else, it's a great buy for the price.
