my son ate the whole jar. so im going off his palate. the taste was similar to japanese dishes he has tried. i told him its italian but he says it could be asian as well as italian. since i did not get to taste it i will be buying more. i may have to hide it. lol

This is so much better than just bruschetta made with tomatoes. It's amazing. My husband who doesn't like artichokes liked it. I bought the Walmart crostini for $1 and the garlic crostini for $1.24. They are perfect for bruschetta!! Try the pepper one. If you love peppers the way I do, you'll love this better than bruschetta with tomatoes only!! I'm buying many more!

this pepper bruschetta topping is pretty good. I got it to try it and surprisedly it's delicious. I don't have it on bruschetta, I love having it on the side with some tuna and garlic naan. It's not too salty, it's sweet and tangy too. Has the perfect amount of oil and so much peppers too. I still have plenty of mines, I don't have it that much but I definitely think it's a good thing to have. It's definitely good with other foods besides bruschetta.
