THYA Organic Red Lentil 48 Oz (3 x1 lb)

It’s delicious, naturally nutritious and easy to prepare.

Sort and rinse before cooking. 

For lentil soup, heat 2 Tbsp of olive oil in a pot over medium heat, add 1 diced

onion, saute 3-5 minutes until soft and golden. Add 4 cups of water, 

4 cups of chicken broth (or water) to 1 cup of red lentil. 

Season with 1 tsp salt, 1 ½ tsp ground cumin, ½ tsp crushed red pepper. 

Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 30 minutes. 

Hand-blender for a smooth texture. Stir in some lemon juice.
