I mixed it with water and I used one of those hand mixers to make sure there weren’t any lumps. The taste is a little sour, but I’m not mad about it. This is the first time I’ve tried something like this, and I was pleasantly surprised. If they had more flavors, I’d buy more. We’ll definitely buy again.

tastes like a sports drink. not gritty at all. is actually clear after mixed. container is smaller than most protein powders, but a small price to pay for protein that doesnt have the taste or texture of a milkshake in my opinion. i cant stand shakes so this is perfect for me.

I’m fortunate to have a daughter who’s a food chemist now, previously a master chef. She actually introduced me to Isopure brand after completing an internship related to the brand. It’s easy to prepare, flavors are good, especially combining it with other juices. I’m so pleased!
