Pro tip, I mix with a tiny bit less milk but really well, for a little thicker. I drink 1 in morning midday sometime and evening or after workouts. BROWNIE Batter is BOMB BOMB

I've noticed you can never really go wrong with Cookies and Cream from any brand but some of them are just so loaded with extra trash. Not AnimalPak though! This stuff is lean and makes you look mean! I haven't had any bloating or negative effects from it, definitely blends well and is just a super quality product.
