My feet are happy so far. I got this today in the delivery and it shipped without any visible issues. Plugged it in and it was pretty straight forward, I barely read any directions. My feet are so massaged they go numb in the tips a little, in a good way. The pressure is fabulous and just what I need because I've started working out considerably but I'm very overweight, so my feet hurt. The only setback is they move forward with me so it's easier to do it against a wall or something, which is a drag because I want to use it in my recliner. Also, it doesn't do much of anything for the heals at all because it doesn't wrap around them. But as far as the arch and toes go, this thing is very nice. I hope it doesn't break down (fingers crossed).
