Arrives just as image shows. The protective flap cover is going to be a plus for long term use. The heat is a good addition. The vibration is not too aggressive and is just enough to help relaxation. There are three vibration settings to choose.

Shiatsu Chair Pad Massage

I like that this snailax massage chair pad has a remote with several settings options, including full back, upper back, lower back, vibration, and heat. I dislike that the timer options are 5, 10, and 15 minutes. The underside of the seat cushion has rubber dots, making it anti slip. A pad can be velcroed on to reduce the pressure/intensity of the shiatsu rollers. There is a detachable head rest. The shiatsu massage compression and heat are relieving on back muscles. It appears the outer fabric can be unzipped to be washed.

Surprisingly powerful massage chair! The heating element is a nice touch. I do wish the reach was a little longer but overall I'm very happy with this massage seat. It reminds me of the massage chairs at nail salons or malls, just not quite as strong. My hubby loves it for his low back!
