Don't have to give up your sweets.

I had bariatric surgery in April 2022. I am a sugar freak and that was the hardest thing besides bread to give up. With these quest meals, I do not have to give up my sugar. I can eat as many sugar-free Popsicles as I want as many sugar-free Jell-O as I want. I drink protein shakes that taste like chocolate, strawberry, vanilla caramel birthday cake you name it they make it. I'm down 142 pounds in one year and still get to eat my sweets.
