Its interesting this is marketed for "energy" since I got it on health advice to help with sleep. It definitely helps with sleep. The flavor is "cold" like those weird cooling breath mints. It tastes a little sweet and mixes easily with water or any other drink.

Glycine tastes slightly sweet, but is otherwise tasteless. It's an important amino acid and a building block of creatine. It promotes both muscle and brain tissue health. I recommend reading about it first, but give the product high marks. And this is reasonably priced as well.
