There are 58 individually packaged bars included in this box. They are sooo good. They are fresh and soft and moist. I have had stale and hard granola bars and they were awful. They always go in file 13. These are the best ever. Put it in your mouth for two seconds and they fall apart. It just melts in your mouth but crunchy at the same time. It is loaded with mini chocolate chips. They are not stingy with them. It tastes very chocolatey. One bar is one serving. It has 100 calories. I think that is good for a quick pick me up. I need one for around 3:00 in the afternoon. It is an .84 ounce bar. That is a good size. Fits in your purse or pocket for anytime. It does say on each wrapper that it contains coconut, milk, soy and wheat ingredients. May contain traces of peanut and other tree nuts. I'm glad they list that for people that are in need of that information. I took a picture of the Nutrition Facts for you. great snack...and great for breakfast on the go. I usually grab two for breakfast and chug some water before heading out the door for work...good to go till lunch and thats a late lunch(2/3pm). They also make a great snack for my children headed to school or even when they get gome from school. Its healthy and not alit of calories. They are able to get get one and keep going as well. Even mi toddler loves these chocolate bars. They are the best.
