Love this especially the way I prepare it. I cook as directed. Then I saute garlic with some herbs like oregano and basil. I add some pepper and salt to taste. It makes a delicious side dish. If it is left over, I add it to veggies.

Excellent brand. Usually mix with the Multi Colored quinoa.have cooked multiple ways. Even eaten leftovers for breakfast. Highly recommend all the Bobs Red Mill grains and seeds.
