The flavors are great. My wife loved the Red Velvet. I tried the Strawberry Cheesecake and am addicted to that. The Strawberry Shortcake was a little off due to it had no sugar, but I did add just a little bit of sugar to my shake and it's fantastic. Every night just before bed I mix me up a shake and I don't wake up super hungry in the mornings. Highly recommended.

The protein is great. But unless you go somewhere where you can actually find it, you're not getting any… Unless, of course, you like strawberry shortcake. It's a bad look, Redcon1. You guys have been out of product for a long time. Not sure what's going on.

I need for everyone to know that this is a very, very, very, sweet powder. So? to make this less sweet? I had to add pure cocoa powder to it. I use the Nestle toll House 100% pure cocoa powder which is very bitter, so essentially? I came up with a shake that was less sweet and more chocolatey by doing so. I think anyone who enjoys the taste of a filling and hunger satisfying meal replacement shake will enjoy this, but please know that it's very sweet until you cut it with something to make it less sweet.
