The easy prep of this item is so convenient , I have used the rice with eggs for breakfast as the rice has great nutrition value and unlike toast it can be reheated . It is also a great side dish for lunch and dinner and you can also add corn or a bean to this side dish to increase the roughage value, Make a batch and add some to any meal.

I absolutely love easy and this Uncle Ben's Quick Rice! I simply have to knead the package for a few seconds, open the package and microwave it for 90 seconds. The rice comes out steaming hot and delicious every time and I can usually get two or three helpings out of one package. I keep these in my pantry and recommend them to others!
