maybe I should buy new not restored

one of the acers i gave as a gift was opened up to a screen that says missing OS system so we couldnt even turn it on. so i rated a 1 due to the inconvience. i will be returning one. and i need to check in with my niece to see if the one i got for her even works at all. i reorderd an hp version restored hoping this new one will be operative for my mom. i will be returning the one item for sure.

Beware or be tech savvy

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Ordered 2 for Christmas gifts for kids and both gave operating system errors. Thankfully I was able to install chrome os on them myself from a recovery thumb drive
