I was not g going to purchase this. However, my wife said to give it a try, because my doctor said I have to raise my protein level. Well she purchased this for me. I thought eww gross, I know this is going to taste disgusting! I can't even believe how delicious they are! They taste just like a chocolate milkshake! I look forward to it everyday!

I mix this with plain tap water in a glass with a a fork to mix. . This tastes great. There is a mild 'protein' taste, but it's not distracting. I do have an issue that the powder doesn't dissolve as wanted, but it's still tasty. I think this is a great value for the price and poduct.

I really like this shake. It replaces one of my meals a day. Most of the time it's dinner. It does fill me up. I drink it with water or almond milk mix it in my shaker bottle most of the time but for a smoother consistency I would recommend a frother. It's better for mixing up and getting rid of the chunks.
