Taste clea and that's what I like about it.

If you're looking for a low calorie, low sodium, low sugar option for coffee, this will work. It is also very clean tasting and smooth. The creaminess is not as thick as dairy creamer though and that works for me. The calories have changes recently and so I know the formula has as well. However, it has not been anything major that I can taste differently.

Does not upset my stomach

I purchase Silk creamer and yogurt. I have a problem with lactose so that is why I get the Almond products. The Silk brand does not upset my stomach as dairy products do. I enjoy the creamer in my coffee every morning. It is not too sweet and does not have an aftertaste. I tried other brands but I like Silk the best. I just wish it was a little less expensive.
