This trash can is the perfect size for a household of 4 that takes he kitchen trash out on a daily basis or at least every other day to avoid odors in the house. We use it for the recycling items. They used to sit around on the counter until someone took them down to the garage. Now we collect them in this little bin. No more hauling if several bottles and glasses juggling them around in 2 hands. The trash can has a little bucket that can easily be removed. I like that the shape is rectangle versus round as it fits nicely in every corner of the house. A nice feature is the lid that closes slowly and without a sound. The stainless steal makes it look not only very elegant but also goes with pretty much every decor. Highly recommended.
