I send my husband to work with lunch everyday and this keeps him from having to go to the microwave at work. Heats your food evenly in about 15 minutes. It also holds quite a bit of food for it's size. Soup, chili, stews, pasta, rice, it heats it all pretty good. Everything we've put in it has heated up pretty well.
