I mixed it with water and I used one of those hand mixers to make sure there weren't any lumps. The taste is a little sour, but I'm not mad about it. This is the first time I've tried something like this, and I was pleasantly surprised. If they had more flavors, I'd buy more. We'll definitely buy again.

Game Changer

For anyone saying the taste is gross or it didn't dissolve, you're not doing it correctly. This stuff has been a game changer for me to be able to get in added protein without tasting those chalky protein drinks. The trick is to mix it up and LET IT SIT. I mix it up in my shaker as soon as I get up with some ice, and put it in the fridge. I shake it up again right before I drink it and it's nearly all dissolved by then. Obviously not ideal for some people, but if you have the time it's definitely worth it.
