This not a heavy pot, but it is great for everyday use. I made multiple recipes in it - soups, stews, sauteed vegetables. Everything came out great and cooked perfectly even. I love my 9qt Dutch oven. I purchased it because my 5qt one kept overflowing, and this one worked out perfect. Clean up is a breeze! The only Con is that the handles get extremely hot, but I have oven mittens for that, so no big deal.

This is my absolute favorite pot. It is large and non-stick. I cook in large portions and struggle with getting pots that would hold the amount of food I cook. This is perfect!!! The only thing I would say that could be better is the handles. I wished they did not get hot and stayed cool. You have to use cooking mits to hold the handle. Other than that perfect!!!! I have no complaints.
