I've had a few under-desk feet rests over the years (through work, etc) and this is the best one. Angles forward and back, adjustable height, easy to move around but not so light it moves too easily. I read somewhere you should only buy metal ones because plastic can break, but I was unable to find metal one that had all these good features. If it does break in a few years (I don't think it will) I would buy another one of these . Good value!
