No problems with the order. Considering it was Christmas, it came in a decent amount of time. Good deal but the handle seems heavier than the other one I have.

The plates, bowls, and cups are just as advertised: plastic, (largely) unbreakable, and microwave and dishwasher safe. One bowl was broken into three pieces in the box, but three were okay, so for and for the price, one bowl isn't worth a return.

The cups appear to be pretty good quality for the price.
