I liked everything about this foot rest. It is the perfect height out of the box. It is adjustable by pulling each layer apart from the footrest. There are three layers that are stuck together with velcro, so you can set it however you'd like. I have circulation issues due to being diabetic. My legs and feet would swell after a few hours of sitting in my gaming chair. Now that I use this, they have not been swelling. I was originally going to spend hundreds on a very good chair, but when I saw this, I decided to try it. I'm very glad I did! There is also a mesh pouch on top of it that you can tuck your feet in if they get cold. I'm super happy with this and highly recommend!

This little foot thingy is GREAT! It feels really good to rest your feet on. I have poor lower leg circulation and work a desk job at home. It's nice and cushiony soft, has a flap to put your feet in to keep them warm that is detachable to wash (big wow and great design). Plus you can optionally change the height. I just unpacked it and let it sit out at least 24 hours as suggested to reach its full height/fluffiness. The cat even likes to sit on it. I'm highly recommend this foot rest and would buy it again. Cozy, warm and soft!
