Budget end of high quality

This is a great set from a reputable company. Sturdy construction and thick enough that it heats evenly. Use the "hot pan, cold fat" (look it up) technique, and your food won't stick making cleanup a breeze. Tramontina sells a range of offerings, and the "Tri-ply Clad" sits at the budget end of high quality with stainless steel handles and thick sides. It's got a professional chef look and feel without the professional price. I highly recommend.

Tramontina Gourmet Cookware Set

I recently purchased the Tramontina 12-piece tri-ply clad stainless cookware set. The cookware arrived securely and carefully packaged. Each piece had bubble wrap around the handles and the pieces were separated from one another with cardboard. I have used the 8” sauté pan to make omelets and the 10” sauté pan to fry ground beef. I followed the recommendations to cook on low or medium heat and I did not have any problems with food sticking to the pans. I was amazed at how quickly the food cooked in the pans. I am more than pleased with my purchase and I would highly recommend this set to others shopping for a truly gourmet stainless steel cookware set. I also want to mention how beautiful the pans are!
