I buy Black Cohosh to help with my hot flashes. It's one of the natural herbs that works for this problem. I've also been taking a standard pill form of a different brand of Black Cohosh, so I bought these gummies to complement it. Sometimes in the late afternoon if I get any hot flashes I'll chew a couple gummies which takes care of the issue right away. The taste of these gummies is pleasant enough to make me not dread taking them. This is the first bottle I've purchased of this brand, and I have to say that I'm very pleased with it. I will be buying another bottle so I hope they keep them in stock. I do recommend this product for its effectiveness.
