I got this HP laptop to replace one of mine that was broken. I was hesitant of buying an "open box " one but there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. and I saved a couple hundred dollars! I was already in HP customer so I had an account I. so I just had to update the laptop that's it was coming on. it was a really nice silver very quick and has a lot of space 500 plus gigabyte! after I got it back to some personalizing I like now I'm almost like nothing ever happened to mine.

Excellent Laptop with Great Support for Setup Chal
I am thoroughly enjoying my new laptop. However, I initially encountered difficulties connecting it to my two monitors via my HP docking station. I had assumed the setup would be identical to my remote work-from-home configuration, but it turned out to be different, leading to connection issues. To resolve this, I visited Best Buy and consulted with the Geek Squad, who recommended an HDMI adapter. Great Laptop
The HP 15-dy1071wm Core i7 laptop is a decent computer. It comes with Windows 10 Home 64 installed and an optional trial of Microsoft Office. The Micro-edge display is 15.6” which is the perfect size for on the go use. It is also pretty lightweight making it easy to carry around. There are two Type-A USB ports, one Type-C USB port, an HDMI port and a headphone jack. There is also an SD media card reader. This computer does not come equipped with an optical drive. The intel core i7 10th generation makes this laptop super fast also. Web pages and streaming services load up very quickly and play very smoothly. It is equipped with Intel Iris Plus Graphics, but I do not do any gaming so I can not comment too much in regards to how it does with pc gaming. I can say the streaming it is used for has wonderful picture quality. The battery life is great. I am not on it all day but I use it daily and the battery easily lasts a few days before I get the low battery notice. Charging seems to be fairly quick although I have not specifically timed it. I plug it in before I go to sleep and it's fully charged by morning. Overall this is the perfect laptop for someone who needs one for basic usage. Internet surfing, e-mail and streaming music and movies have all ran flawlessly so far. I am very pleased with this laptop and would recommend it to others.
