Good for general use and some mid to light gaming

For what it is a mid range laptop for general use its performance exceeds what my expectations were. And the sound is much louder than any other laptop this is a huge plus for me, and the SSD is sufficient for light general use if your going to do large files then a external USB hard drive might be in order, over all for the price this is a bargain to me!

Great Lightweight Laptop

This Laptop is very thin and lightweight but still runs/downloads things at a fast rate like a big desktop computer. I'm very pleased with the sleek design too. I play a lot of games and don't have any download problems or lag with my online games. When I want to download any new program it takes about 2 to 5 mins depending on size. My kids also use it to zoom video call their class. I love how the sound or video picture doesn't lag or get choppy either. Full clear picture and no delay in talking. I'm also able to download many pics from my phone and still have space and fast speed. I'm very pleased with this HP laptop.

Another Great HP Product

I was amazing shocked at how light this laptop was! I was very happy to see that HP takes the worry out of installing a battery! I found on the Step by Step informative sheet, the battery is preinstalled! Easy to set up charged it with the AC adapter. Keyboards keys nice and quiet no clicking noise from pressing them! Compact and Light, sleek and the screen is amazing! Bright and very clear. Another great feature is the HP Support Assistant for those of us needing guidance! Great Features!
