The item arrived quickly; however, there was a problem with the laptop. The laptop wouldn't charge, and I kept getting an error message at startup. I tried to return the item; however, I never received a return label, and I just didn't feel like going through all the drama with this seller, so I am calling it a loss and moving on. I will never purchase a laptop from this website.

I bought this HP Pavilion laptop from this seller, and it arrived with a problem. Even though the battery shows full, the laptop shuts off immediately when unplugged. It only works when plugged in. Very disappointed for a brand-new laptop.
