Excellent laptop/tablet combo. Microsoft makes it a bit challenging to update from Windows 10 to Windows 11 as this item was purchased after support date expired. Would have preferred the updated USB C rapid charging plug vs HP's old style but overall very pleased with the purchase.

Great lightweight laptop

So far, I LOVE this laptop. The description at Walmart.com didn't say that the keyboard is backlit, but it is! It's smaller and lighter (by a LOT) than my last laptop. The only thing I miss is having the calculator type keyboard on the right side of the computer. I'm getting used to it though. This is my third or fourth HP product and I'm very happy I chose it.

The fan

So far so good. The fan is loud, but the noise comes and goes. Before buying the laptop I saw online that there is a way to stop the fan from being so loud however I haven't tested it out yet. But so far that would be my only issue with the laptop.
