It is hard to find a good coffee maker you can depend on that comes in any color other than black. I like a lighter color because I can easily see if the water reservoir is clean or if it is getting a buildup of anything in the tank. Unfortunately, a coffee maker in a lighter color is more expensive, but this one is more reasonable %26 worth it. I like the Mr. Coffee brand; it's been around a long time %26 is dependable.
