Flavor is great

I really love this side dish. The taste is great the bacon flavor is light and very nice, You have to cook it a bit longer than it says for all the potatoes to rehydrate properly it could take up to an additional 10 minutes you must continue to watch it. I always add real bacon bits to it while it is cooking just to make sure the flavor and bite is correct. But it does taste great on its own, The sauce is great it tastes like hollandaise, so I love it. Gut if you don't like it you may not like the flavor profile of the sauce. The sauce tastes great on any meat that may be served with this side dish, and it blends well with all veggies.
