*IMPORTANT: Jay Blue includes pigments that may cause a temporary staining of the skin. To prevent this from happening we recommend that you use an eye makeup primer prior to applying. If you do not apply a primer, we recommend a waterproof makeup remover for an easy removal.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Our Gel Eyeliner Frostings are formulated with ingredients to keep your color feeling creamy and easy to apply. Some colors may even have a bit of oil near the top of your jar. If this happens you can simply mix into your gel or leave as is. Pro Tip: For shiny eyelids we recommend using an eyeshadow primer first before applying your color.
