I ordered this before seeing the reviews which are not so great however the laptop I received had a charger... the laptop works and is holding charge.. this is a laptop I would only recommend to those who just need to surf the web or stream movies but for the price its great and it is used so if you want something new, it will probably be a little more but I had no issues.
