Verified Purchase

The laptop appeared used when it should have been brand new. It has scuff marks on the back. The provided cord was loose inside the box and the velcro mini strap is very worn. The shipping box had a few holes in it. There is no documentation and the laptop was inside an inflatable wrap instead of the usual styrofoam one would expect with a brand new laptop. That said the laptop works but is slow to load videos on youtube which is the main reason I purchased it.

When i purchased this it was advertised as new. when we received it and my daughter opened it for christmas it was damaged and you could tell it was used. when i contacted the seller they told me it was pre-owned. i explained to them that it was advertised as new and that's what i was expecting. they never contacted me again after i called them out on it.

THIS IS NOT A NEW COMPUTER! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! If you do make sure to powerwash your computer when you get it. It's ctrl alt shift r when you get to the welcome screen to reset the computer yourself. It also came with a page they printed out telling you to call the people that sold it to you, not walmart. The page tries to come off like it was actually from walmart and has a logo and everything, and a really fake email. This is very sketchy.
