I have just purchased my second bottle. I have been taking Magnesium as a supplement for many years, because it helps with Restless Leg Syndrome. I bought the first bottle because the store was out of my usual product, and saw that this was a complex formula; more than one type, so I decided to try it. I take it 2x per day, so I got about 2 months worth. During that time, I thought that I had more improvement in my symptoms, so decided that it may be worth the higher price, so I purchased it again.

I have been taking this magnesium for some time now. I take it at night before bed. It aides in my sleep quality. I also have fibermyalgia and it really aides in my muscle spasms. If I forget to take them for a couple of days, my sleep isn't as deep or long, and I get muscle spasms. I highly recommend.
