Wouldn't be without this now- and I really like Spring Valley brand in almost any vitamin or supplement if they make it. Zinc is part of: taking C/D/Zinc and a couple others that were a ‘Covid prevention protocol' and we stuck to it. If you still get sick, hoping the immune bolstering- lessens it?! I couldn't afford multiple supplements if not for Walmart / Spring Valley: is one of the best quality- for people without designer formula/ high cost per use, budgets.

About 3 months ago I had pneumonia and A1 flu and I couldn't taste food at all so I tried the Zinc and it works really well. I am still taking them because now I have a sinus infection and the Zinc is still working so yes it's a great product.
