Love the aroma while cooking and consuming. Can't speak about the “Cleansing” part but it is yummy to the tummy as well as soothing to my stomach when achy sometimes. I'm not one to eat tomatoes 🍅 with it. However, I just pop it in the microwave following the as per directions and Viola. Coconut 🥥Yum🌴… great as part of an Asian dessert as well as part of a meal with any type of meat. A must keep around hidden in your cupboards I tell ya'… if you haven't tried it then your missing out in my personal opinion as it's a very suttle aroma 👃
