This is not a good TV

First of all, this TV is not the one we ordered. We ordered a Vizio and received this one. The stand is different between the two, we know the Vizio brand and the stand is what we need. We can't use the stand that came with this TV. Picture quality is OK. Sound is horrible, so tinny, can't understand what they are saying, have to use CC. TV seems really cheap, not in a good way. What happened with the Vizio?
