Whey, coffee, milk smoothie is delicious!

I use about 1/3 c of milk, a scoop of whey protein powder, stevia, and about 2/3 c of coffee to my smoothie mixer along with a few ice cubes. It gives me energy throughout most of the day so all I need later is one Healthy Choice meal. I've lost a few pounds. Not super fast but a comfortable change that I can live with. I wish I could find a less expensive option but I feel my health is worth the investment. I'll continue to purchase.

I am on Weight Watchers and have lost 48 lb the past year, I drink this when I'm feeling extra hungry because it keeps me feeling full for several hours, usually I have one first thing in the morning but if I want to eat late at night I will drink one before bed and it actually helps me sleep better. I highly recommend it because the price is much lower than the other brands and it has 24 g of protein and really does taste good. saves $6 or more per canister when you buy this

Great alternative to Optimum Nutrition

This is great because it has the same macros as the more expensive Optimum Nutrition. Like Optimum Nutrition, this one is made of a blend of whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate with isolate listed first. I'm not a fan of any whey protein flavor by itself, so I always make it in fruit smoothies. Usually with cheap protein powders I can taste the whey, but this vanilla one blends in nicely with frozen berries. Would recommend to anyone on a budget.
