Fantastic Customer Service and Good Units
I had ordered the Carbon AirMend from Oransi, and something went wrong with the first unit. I was so impressed with the customer service. A customer service rep, Sunny, picked up my call and went through a trouble shooting process, for 24 hours, with me. I was given her direct line, and she and I called and kept in touch as I told her everything that was going on with the unit; when it turned on, off, how many times the lights were blinking, etc. It was determined that the unit was in failure mode, and within 2 days, a new unit was at my door. I packed the first one up and shipped it back, with Oransis pre-paid shipping label that had been emailed to me. The second unit works beautifully. I hope it will clear the smells when the house is all closed up for the winter. Thus far, I used it for clearing the smell and VOCs from new furniture, and it has done the job. The windows are open for the spring right now, so the unit is being used minimally. Thank you for your customer service! I can speak with a live person who has my best interest at heart. All companies should learn from Oransi. I spoke with someone in the USA, not India or the Philippines, You are the best. I also love the fact that the unit is made in the USA. It is long overdue that we bring manufacturing and customer service back home. I have 4 Oransi units, and I am very satisfied.

Love the new addition to the lineup!
I started using Oransi air purifiers about 3 years ago. My asthma and allergies were out of control. I have three of the older, larger units in my home. I quickly saw what difference it made in the air quality in my home. When it was time to buy some for my business, I never hesitated to purchase more Oransi purifiers. I was delighted to see they had added a smaller version to their line up. I have one in every room now and breathe much better. Thank you Oransi for continuing to make an excellent product!

Toxic mold destroyed my life, this filter saved it
Got mine today. I was exposed to toxic mold for years and have developed allergies to many things, including VOCs and formaldehyde. It has been an absolute nightmare in ways I cannot describe. Formaldehyde is in so many things from shampoo to cardboard, and most plastics have VOCs. My apartment is mostly empty and my things are in storage because I am allergic to everything. I ran this filter in my room for an hour and a half and my permanent headache was suddenly gone and the pain and inflammation from my immune system constantly freaking out subsided by a significant amount. My two cats who were also exposed to the mold have stopped snoring/sneezing/pulling out their fur and have an appetite again. I literally cannot believe it. Im about to cry because this is the first relief we have had in years from this absolute horror of an existence. I tried so many things and threw away so many of my possessions in an attempt to get this under control. I lost so much. Thank goodness my friend Mark bought this for me.
