It has a funny taste to it and I just can't figure it out. I added some sweet-and-sour sauce to it, and I put some mashed potatoes with it as well to see if it would change the taste. I don't know what that taste is, but my mouth doesn't like it and my lips kinda a numb. Why would they be numb? Inedible, possibly toxic

I review everything I buy online, and this is the first time I've ever written a one-star review on anything. We bought two flavors of these. Both were prepared exactly according to directions, in an accurate microwave. Neither tasted of anything except something that tasted like melting plastic smells. NOTHING else, at all! Plus, mine was almost crunchy dry, despite accurate preparation. We each took one bite, spit them back out, and chucked them into the garbage. DO NOT BUY! I have never had a problem with any Uncle Ben product before this, so was especially disappointed. Returned the others for refund, and stressed the toxic "flavor," and was assured they wouldn't be returned to the shelves.

Quite possibly the worst food product I've purchased.. Truly looked like utility grade dog food. The aroma, taste, and texture were terrible. One bite, and it went in the trash. Took way longer than 90 seconds to heat it. My expectations were not that high, but this was the worst.
