Listen, metapausal women! This blanket is your best friend! I have 2 of these blankets, so when one is in the wash, I have another! That's how important to me these blankets are! One tip is to wash and dry this separately. I dry this on cool just to get it from dripping water. Then hang dry. Or, I lay with it damp. I love it! You will, too!

Bought 2 of these cooling blankets just in time for the heat wave. I can't sleep without some kind of cover and don't like sheets. These are silky, soft and cool to the touch with just a little weight to them. Overnight it seems to draw the heat away from your body and 4 nights in a row now I've woken up, because, I was cold. Not complaining!! It's been crazy hot and humid here and we're both loving these blankets. I highly recommend them!

Initially I didn't believe it would do what it was said it would do. It actually has a little weight to it. (It's bundled up in shrink wrap.) But after washing it and dispersed across the bed. It is cool to the touch and doesn't feel weighted at all . I purchased it because I sleep with just a sheet. But since losing a significant amount I found my feet getting cold at night. I really didn't want to use a blanket. Would be too hot. Came across this blanket in a search on Walmart's site. Thought I'd give it a shot and it worked as hoped.
