Idahoan Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potatoes, 1.5 oz Cup (Pack of 4)

Idahoan became my favorite when the brainiacs at Pillsbury pulled Hungry Jack from the market. (Both HJ pancakes/waffles and potatoes have returned, 2 separate companies resurrected them, and Walmart offers both.) Idahoan was preferred 'cause all you need is water, although I put "butter" in them before zapping. They used an 1100-watt microwave for their cooking time. Only problem that I had was it's cooked uncovered. when recovering some landed on my hand which caused me to lose control of it, which bounced off my knee (OUCH!) and then spilled on the floor. It might be wise to remove it using a mitt or a gripper.

Idahoan Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potatoes Cups are delicious and preparation couldn't be easier. I used the microwave oven method and, after cooking, added fresh-ground pepper, a pinch of Kosher salt, and about a teaspoon of Kerrygold unsalted butter. I really like this product and will definitely purchase it again.
