Idahoan Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potatoes, 1.5 oz Cup (Pack of 4)

Idahoan became my favorite when the brainiacs at Pillsbury pulled Hungry Jack from the market. (Both HJ pancakes/waffles and potatoes have returned, 2 separate companies resurrected them, and Walmart offers both.) Idahoan was preferred 'cause all you need is water, although I put "butter" in them before zapping. They used an 1100-watt microwave for their cooking time. Only problem that I had was it's cooked uncovered. when recovering some landed on my hand which caused me to lose control of it, which bounced off my knee (OUCH!) and then spilled on the floor. It might be wise to remove it using a mitt or a gripper.

These are quick an easy my visiting family members enjoy them too! I like to add a touch of milk to the water before I microwave stir well when done not necessary but I like to remove it then add a sprinkle of salt pepper to taste an a small dab of butter or sour cream and enjoy.
