Lenny and Larry's Fitzels Protein Pretzels, Pizza Palooza, 20g Protein, 3oz

I never have high hopes for pizza-flavored snacks, as they are usually just heavy on cheese and oregano, and the ones that attempt to add a tomato flavor end up adding an unwanted sweetness to an otherwise savory snack. These have a genuine pizza flavor! At first you might be a little taken aback by tartness, but you'll eventually settle in on a bold, but not overwhelming, pizza flavor. If you're expecting a pretzel flavor, you're out of luck! 😄 If you're one to not read nutrition facts, be aware the "20g of protein" is for the *entire* bag. However, each serving is 7g of protein; that's over twice as much protein as the typical hard snack pretzel! My *only* issue is they are rather dry. I mean, *of course* they're dry, they're PRETZELS. But these are a bit drier than normal. It hasn't stopped me from shoveling them in! 😄 Just keep something to drink handy. It's not a huge surprise, as many products with artificially added protein (in this case, pea protein) tend to be dry. . Oh! AND THEY'RE VEGAN! They don't disclose what exactly they used for the cheese flavor (could be nutritional yeast?) but I'm sure that's part of their proprietary "spices." I already liked them, so that's just a bonus!

These are such a great snack that will fit your macros! They are filling. I love these when I'm in a rush and didn't have time to eat a big breakfast. This snack between lunch and breakfast hits the spot. They're the perfect salty, savory pizza pretzel flavor! FINALLY a bag of pretzels/chips that is not primarily filled with air.
