I didn't realize it was so big lol. I wanted it to bake Macaroni and cheese in it. You can put a turkey in it. I like the extra part to lift the meat from the bottom juice. I love it %26 will be using it for large meals and great desserts. If you want a pan to make large meals, this is the pan to use. Use nonstick spray before the first use! I recommend it this product.

I accidentally bought this roasting pan when I needed something smaller to roast other types of meats in, but I kept it anyway, because it's perfectly designed for roasting turkey. The rack dips into a V shape and is raised just enough to allow drippings to pool at the bottom without touching the turkey, so it's all good. Just know that if you're buying this sight unseen that it's a very large roasting pan, and that the spaces between the rack are really wide.
