Not much of a coconut fan as a kid. Love these cookies for their crispy texture. The flavor isn't overpowering but a more subtle taste of coconut. The flavor is there and leaves a lovely aftertaste. My favorite Tate's cookie is Walnut and Chocolate Chip. I get the coconut to have with coffee.
