Aesthetically Pleasing Design

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Aesthetically this washing machine looks great. I do miss the counter for time remaining in the washing cycle. Also no signal (alarm) that load is completed. I am not excited that I had to pay extra for detergent and fabric softener dispensers. See thru lid is very nice and the 6.1 cu ft size is amazing. Removable agitator, big bonus! I would recommend this washing machine to family and friends.

Learning the machine

Pros and Cons

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This washer has been used for about one month. The gently sloped lid looks stylish but makes it challenging to use the surface for items that might slide off. The spin system is much more effective than my old washer but the wash cycles are longer. One load of bulky items needed to be re-distributed after a spin caused the machine to vibrate out of position. The removable agitator and optional extra rinse are super-helpful.
