Blackstone 22" griddle with hood

First time buyer of blackstone griddle. Lots of research on YouTube. Entry level griddle at a good price to determine if a bigger griddle is needed. Very simple steps to season griddle. Pleased that QR Code used to access information. 5 coats of blackstone conditioner. Then onions and first cook of quesadillas! Awesome tasting.
