Instructions
Each 5lb bag will make approximately 30-35 x 7" Belgian Waffles. For each 5lb bag pour 2 liters / 8.5 cups of cold water into a mixing bowl. Gradually add one bag of Belgian Waffle Mix and whisk until smooth. For smaller batches, remember 90% Water to 100% Mix. Preheat your Belgian Waffle Baker according to the manufacturer's instructions. If using a Sephra Baker pour approximately 5oz of mixed batter onto the baker and cook for 2 minutes. Cover as desired and taste the Sephra difference!
