I absolutely love this cinnamon butter! The moment I opened the packaging, the sweet cinnamon aroma was so inviting. I usually prefer to make compound butters from scratch (more cost effective, more control over finished product). But this one is amazing and I'm so glad I bought some on a whim. I actually immediately tried to make my own version and despite being a good cook my first attempt just paled in comparison. My version was good, but the proportions clearly were not dialed in. So I will keep trying to get the ratios right so I can eventually make it myself (the ingredients are very simple) but in the meantime, in between experiments I will continue to purchase this. It's that good. My use cases so far have been cinnamon raisin bagels and freshly baked yeast dinner rolls (insane).
